Sugar-Free Gingerbread Cookies

A little spice. A little Christmas magic.

Sugar-free-style gingerbread cut-outs made with almond flour and a brown monk fruit–allulose blend, without added conventional sugar or molasses.

Allulose gives a softer finish than erythritol and needs closer watching for browning.

Made without added table sugar, brown sugar or molasses. Almonds and other ingredients contribute small natural sugars, so this is not a promise of zero total sugar. Use a brown monk fruit–allulose baking blend with cup-for-cup sweetness; pure monk fruit or erythritol is not a direct equivalent. Contains nuts, egg and dairy. Nutrition includes allulose in total carbohydrate; it is not a net-carb estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few helpful answers before you bake.

Does sugar-free mean zero natural sugar?

No. This recipe has no added conventional sugar or molasses, but nuts contain small natural sugars.

Can I use pure monk fruit powder?

No. Concentrated sweetener lacks the bulk of the specified cup-for-cup baking blend.

Why are the edges browning quickly?

Allulose browns readily. Check at the early end of the 10–15-minute range and keep the stated thickness.
