Shape

  1. Roll between parchmentHeat to 350°F (175°C) conventional or 325°F (165°C) fan. Roll between parchment to 1/4 inch and cut broad 2 1/2-inch gingerbread people. Lift the whole shape with a thin spatula and place 1 inch apart. Gather scraps gently.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few helpful answers before you bake.

Does grain-free mean nut-free?

No. Almond flour is the main ingredient.

Can I use coconut flour instead?

Not directly. It absorbs much more liquid than almond flour.

Can I add standard icing?

Conventional powdered-sugar icing changes the paleo-style formulation; these are served plain.
