Low-sugar oat gingerbread rounds with an erythritol baking sweetener, a measured amount of molasses and no icing.
Concentrated sweetener drops cannot replace the volume of granular erythritol.
This variation replaces the granulated sugar in the oat-flour batch with a cup-for-cup erythritol baking sweetener, retaining a smaller amount of molasses. It is not sugar-free or low-carb: molasses and oat flour still contribute carbohydrates. Total carbohydrate includes erythritol, and the estimated sugar figure depends on labels. No icing or sugar coating is added.
